Our new ACI-Xray Program is for small businesses with 5-500 employees and non-profit organizations. This product is a great way to pinpoint the strengths and weaknesses in any size organization, program or department (5 to 500 or higher workforce).

HOW THE ACI-Xray PROGRAM
WORKS:
You insert your ratings (1-5) in response to questions
creates green, yellow or red coded health indicators on
the question screen and on the Organization Dashboard.

Each of the 16 linked blocks on the Dashboard are
integrated with ten (10) questions to provide in-depth
organization health assessment.

Narrative Analysis and Probable Cause set the stage for
creating good Action Plans aimed at driving "red" or
"yellow" conditions to the "green" or satisfactory
condition.

The NRV Small Business Development Center provides assistance in creating good Action
Plans.
The ACI-Xray tool is implemented as a Microsoft Excel
application that runs on
almost all Microsoft Office versions, is user friendly,
and keeps "sensitive organization" information off the
web where outsiders can get access.
It takes only a few minutes to learn how to use this
tool.
Teams can respond to questions by averaging their rating
scores.
It couldn't be easier to use!

Who Should Receive
ACI-Xray Training and Tools? Individuals or teams
