Here is our recommended
HPO21 Webinar Training Plan:
Step 1 - Take the ACI-Xray Course first
(one-hour online) - offered Fridays. After you
finish the ACI-Xray Course you receive your
ACI-Xray spreadsheet model and use it to "x-ray"
your own organization in sixteen key results
areas. Depending upon the results of your
"x-ray" we will recommend that either you take
our complete HPO21 Webinar series (Steps 2
though 6) or that you might take one or more of
the four "Excellence" courses (Steps 2, 3, 4 or
5).
Step 2 - Take the Leadership Excellence Webinar
(four 1-hour sessions)
Step 3 - Take the Customer Excellence Webinar
(two 1-hour sessions)
Step 4 - Take the Workforce Excellence Webinar
(two 1-hour sessions)
Step 5 - Take the Operations Excellence Webinar
(two 1-hour sessions)
Step 6 - Take the HPO21 Intranet Webinar (one
1-hour session)
If you complete all six suggested Webinars you
will receive your HPO21 program files configured
as "ready to publish" HTML and MS Office files.
You can use Yahoo Site Builder to publish your
HPO21 to your own protected INTRANET - with your
own login/passwords for your organizations use.
If you take only the ACI-Xray Course and then
either Leadership Excellence, Customer
Excellence, Workforce Excellence or Operations
Excellence Webinars, then you receive your HPO21
program files as Microsoft Office files,
hyperlinked together and running on your local
MS Office system or as network shared files.

Schedule above provides students with great flexibility,
for example:

can take only one (1) one-hour session each week for 11
weeks; or
• You
can take as many sessions as you want to each week
• If you
miss a session, just take it again the following week

HPO21 best practices designed to help
transform your organization into results-focused, high
performers. You will have access to over 35 great HPO21
policies, practices and tools (many run on Microsoft
Office).
